Shooting Clinic
The LHBA Shooting Clinic Part 1, will teach athletes basic shooting mechanics and learn the fundamentals of form shooting, technique, release and shot selection in various drills and shooting competitions. Part 1 will focus on the importance of learning the mechanics in your athletes shot, not every shot is the same and athletes must be comfortable within their own form. Players will be able to take these drills with them anywhere including at home to work on everyday.
