LHBA SOUTH BALL HANDLING CLINIC
Come join us for Part 1 of our Ball Handling Clinic Series, this first Clinic will focus on players becoming comfortable dribbling with their off-hand and protecting the ball from defenders.
- Fundamental stationary dribbling is key to building a great foundation for beginners. Stationary dribbling is also a key component in all training in all age groups.
Learning to use their offhand will help tremendously. Being able to play with both hands opens up more options to score.
Players will get their reps through stationary/full-court drills, game-like situations, and competition. All skill level athletes are welcome to join us to help them gain confidence handling the basketball.

Shooting Clinic
Come join us for our Shooting clinic at LHBA West! Our clinic will focus on players learning proper shooting mechanics, proper footwork around shooting and reviewing the fundamentals of shooting. Players will get theirs reps through stationary/full-court drills, game-like situations, and competitions. All skill level athletes are welcome to join us to help gain confidence in shooting the basketball. This will be 2 hours filled will hard work!
