CP3BA SKILLS & DRILLS CLASSES
Junior (K-2nd) Skills & Drills
Skills and Drills is the signature program at CP3BA. This hour-long group training classes utilize the CP3BA curriculum to guide athletes through their personal basketball development. Athletes are split into small groups determined by skill level to work on a combination of skills that will challenge them to get better including ball handling, passing, shooting, defense and basketball IQ.
Sundays 2pm-3pm
Mondays 5:30pm-6:30pm
Tuesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm
Wednesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm
Senior (3rd-8th) Skills & Drills
Skills and Drills is the signature program here at CP3BA. There hour-long group training classes utilize the CP3BA curriculum to guide athletes through their persona basketball development. Athletes are split into smaller groups determined by skill level to work on a combination of skills that will challenge them to get better including ball handling, passing, shooting, defense and basketball IQ. Athletes will benefit from the use of RSPCT shot tracking and Kinexon performance tracking during their class, with data uploaded to their personal digital locker.

ADVANCED 1 SKILLS & DRILLS
Advanced Skills and Drills are for the athlete who is looking to take their game to the next level. These classes boast smaller numbers which allows for more personalized attention, higher reps and are only taught by the most experienced CP3BA Skill Developers. The intensity level is high; athletes should come ready to work hard. Each session will focus on athletes learning new concepts, breaking down the finer details of skill work and opportunities to be challenged by other athletes. Athletes will benefit from the use of RSPCT shot tracking and Kinexon performance tracking during their class, with data uploaded to their personal digital locker; plus, a meeting every 3rd month with developers to go through detailed analysis of the athlete’s data.

Advanced II (HS) Skills & Drills
High school Skills and Drills are for the athlete who is looking to make and contribute to their school team. These classes boast smaller numbers which allows for more personalized attention, higher reps and are only taught by the most experienced CP3BA Skill Developers. Each session will focus on athletes learning new concepts, breaking down the finer details of skill work and opportunities to be challenged by other athletes. Athletes will spend time on basketball IQ and areas focused on preparing them for the high school or middle school season. Athletes will benefit fro the use of RSPCT shot tracking and Kinexon performance tracking during their class, with data uploaded to their personal digital locker.
